Google Licious

I have some Google Licious news!  What a great day for my Active Rain blogging efforts!  I have been diligently been exercising my little fingers to the bone posting blogs for a little over a year now.  In fact, I have now written 667 of them!  Today, ALL OF MY EFFORTS are paying off!

The first call that I received was from a commercial retail client looking for about 3,000 square feet of prime retail space here in The Woodlands.  Her store concept is perfect for this area.  When I asked her where she had found me, she said that she Googled "Retail leasing in The Woodlands" I popped up very high from my last post on Active Rain about a new retail lease I just completed!

THANK YOU Google and Active Rain!  I am on my way assisting a new commercial real estate client!  When I did my own Google search, there I was about the 4th one down.  Now that is exciting!

The second call came from a gentleman from Mexico who is new to the area.  He found me he said from a blog he read while at the airport.  Said he wrote my number down and when he landed he gave me a call.  He will be looking for a new home here in The Woodlands!

If you are new to blogging, hang in there and be consistent!  It does pay off!
